    Hello all,
    Looking to install OME lift and upgrade tire size while keeping stock rims on my 2013 TRD Tacoma.

    I was told a basic OME lift raises suspension 2" and I was wondering what is the biggest size tire I could fit on my stock rims without rubbing or any modifications. And best OME suspension kit to get.

    Thanks for any help :)

    Ultimately it's all about what you want the lift for.

    If you put a 2-3" lift on you can get 255/85/16's (33") in there and shouldn't have rub issues. However, if you do 285 width you'll have to chop the cab mount.

    I purchased my OME lift through Headstrong Off-Road. Marie is fantastic to work with. They'll customize a OME kit for you based on what you want to do with it. You can do 885 front springs for around 2-2.5" lift, 886 springs (for use with winches and steel bumpers), or 887 if you want 3" lift without weight.

    I'd suggest talking to Marie about options. Girl knows her stuff. :)

    @HeadStrong Off-Road

    Here's my truck day of install OME 887 Springs and Full Dakar Leaf Pack. I had 265/70/16 tires at the time (roughly 30.5" tires)

    Did the 887s settle at all and would you say you got about 3" after the install?

    I don't have the exact measure but I got nearly 3" originally. I've put a lot of weight up front since though. Putting 886 on today.

    Just wanted to let you know those 886's gave me a full inch over the 887s I had on! Truck sits level again.

    Awesome actually! With the 886s, the 90021 shocks, and the Cooper ST Maxx the bumps on the road home felt fine. Granted the bed was full of tires!

    Get to drive to work tomorrow with an empty bed.

    Amazing how the extra inch from the 886 and the extra inch from the bigger tires makes the truck feel much taller when you drive.

    It's weird right. I look at the ruler, from time to time, when talking about different measurements and it doesn't seem like a huge difference. But, sometimes, when you see it on the truck a couple of inches can some how make a huge difference.
