Anyone with experience in removing 2nd gen 6ʻ truck bed?

    If so, please let me know if you got anytime to share knowledge with me so that this is not a costly project. I am going to dip my taco and my friend who is doing the paint job for me is doing it as a favor, so I am left to do the labor intensive stuff... hope its easy enough.

    What Uncle Creepy said:
    Not hard to do...but you will need 4 people. 5 would be better as you need someone to help clear the neck of the gas tank. You should take off the tailgate (Make it lighter) and of course disconnect all wiring running to the taillights by removing them out of the bed. Remove the 6 Torque bolts and lift....and walk it back over the bumper. Hope this helps. Ronnie
