New Taco Owner..

Howdy,

I've had my 2013 SR5 DC long bed for a week now. Really liking the truck so far. Previously owned a '04 Avalanche (bought new) and did a fair amount of mods and participated in their forum and local groups. In September I traded my old truck for a used Acura MDX, thinking my kids who were in the process of getting their license would drive it more than me. They hated the car and wasn't a big fan of it either, even though it hauled azz. So since I was having to make a car payment, I decided to drive what I wanted. Did a little looking around and found the taco truck. Silver SR5 doubler with a 6ft bed. It already had a tonneau cover, nerfs and hood deflector (had all these on the AV) Worked in heated leather and new mats as part of my deal. Just ordered some new MD11 Wheels and Michelins LTX tires. New Pioneer head unit is also on order. just did the "whistling fix" found here (thanks!) and changed to interior lights over to LED's this afternoon. As soon as the weather gets nicer, will get to detailing the paint and ripping off the pinstrips (who still does that?). Looking to add some cool bedside graphics next.
