Ceramic Bearings? Anyone try them.

Planning on installing my NST pulleys soon.
Was planning on installing a new gates belt as well.
From what I've read it has been suggested to clean all the pulleys when installing a new belt.
Since the belt will be off and pulleys will get cleaned, it would be a good time to check for bearing play etc.
My question is has anyone tried installing ceramic bearings into the Idlers?
This is only and idea to further reduce engine load from accessories, but with 4 idlers all siphoning power after 70K of use.
Ceramics are suppose to reduce drag and last longer etc.
Anyone have experience with them? even non-automotive related?

 

Micro Blue Bearings has ceramic bearings.

 

Do you have any knowledge of people using ceramic bearings for this application?
It's $260 for a set of (4) microblue ceramics. I know ceramics are a big deal in the bicycle community. Just wasn't sure if there was actual data to support a more apples to apples comparison.

 

I used one for my pilot bearing, from them. You have to self pack them.

All I can say is that I have thought about it, but never gotten around to it.
