    Hi Demello,

My 2006 DCSB is in desperate need of attention! I don’t want a pity party but just going to give you the best excuse to void my warranty (not actually under warranty). My wife Crystal and I live paycheck to paycheck with our 3 year old boy and new daughter. I had planned to get a lift with our tax return. Our daughter Hannah was born on 12-10-2015 and she had a small skin tag on her back but otherwise healthy. The doctor said that they used to just tie some string around it until it fell off but nowadays we have to see a neurosurgeon. We live in WY and need to drive to SLC.

3-22-16 we go to the appointment to have an MRI. Turns out she has a tethered spinal cord and has surgery scheduled on May 5th. My wife is worried sick and of course now funds are diverted from a want to a need. If it goes well she should be a perfectly healthy baby/kid/adult. We would be happy to make the long drive to TX so you can see our healthy baby with the bad ass scar on her back. She loves bumpy roads so you would kind of be helping her. ;-)

    Here’s a pic of Hannah:

I'm a dumbass: My wife just corrected me. That is my nephew. I obviously don't know what my daughter looks like even though I see her everyday. Here she is:

My paragraph isn’t going to make for great reading. I don’t have a sob story. In fact, my life is pretty damn awesome and will continue to be awesome whether you choose to build my rig or not. So why pick me? Do it for the stories I will tell you while we wrench that aren’t appropriate for the forums. Do it because the best stories should NEVER be admitted to in such a manner as could potentially be used in court… ;-) We’ll just say my stories include a boat chase with a law enforcement agency… at 3 mph (seriously) and helping a horny monkey find love in sandy and far off places. Then, there are always the stories of courage and heroism which will most certainly be exaggerated to make me look better. Also, I’m happy to provide beer.

Thanks for doing this and below are a few pictures that might just have stories to go with them…

Throw me in the mix with my 2016 Tacoma DCLB. Just got done being rear ended, then having the spare fly off after the body shop "repaired" the damage except putting the spare on correctly. It's a love/hate relationship with my Taco right now, would like to turn that more into love/love.

    @JDEMELLO

My '15 Tacoma PreRunner really needs your attention. I thought it was cool when I bought it, but according to my dog "storm", it's not. He won't even ride with me anymore because he says it makes him look like a pussy. He says he can't pick up bitches in that truck. So please, for my dog's sake... Make it badass.

I misread your post I think. You mean 12 days build time, right? I originally thought you meant 12 days from now

    Would it take that long?

I guess shipping parts and getting everyone together would take time so, maybe 12 days isn't that long

@JDEMELLO You guys should pick me because it would give you a reason to come to Hawaii plus I've got beer beaches and babes in bikins!!!! Lol

I would love to have my baby pimped out. She is a bone stock 2015. I was going to do it myself until I received a major injury blowing out the muscles in my arm. All my $ went to medical bills and covering for my time outta work. So me winning this would be a awesome.

Just look at the build thread
That's what I was thinking. I'd love to enter but if they pick April 30th and I happened to win, I don't think there's any possibility of me getting off work in the short amount of time. Would love some clarification on this @JDEMELLO

I never win anything....:( Maybe this....

I got a very nice 2011 DCSB Tacoma, TRD OR about 16 months ago. It was my 1st choice after my previous truck was destroyed in a wreck. I got rear ended one morning on the way to work. Plan WAS to start building the Tacoma.....Winch, winch bumper, sliders, skids, rear bumper, big suspension lift, 35"'s, and some cool wheels. I got started, but not real far. Then I started having health problems. (Complications from treatment for prostate cancer 6 years ago) After a couple surgeries, a severe infection that just wouldn't go away, and a stack of bills that I may NEVER see paid off, I'm doing better. But....Truck is on hold....maybe for a long while. I'm VERY loyal to those who do me right. I'd be the ultimate spokesperson for @Demello.

@JDEMELLO Adding 1 more entry to the mix.

I’m Aaron and my 5 year old son could benefit greatly from our 2015 4runner Trail being turned into the baddest off road rig around. My son loves to go on adventures with me and amplifying the 4 Runner’s capability will open new doors for places to go and see.

Climbing red rock in Moab would be possible with a DeMello front bumper to clear the ledges and the Kanati tires gripping the rocks. Sand dunes out west in Glamis would get soaked up from the Icon suspension keeping up with the high speed fun. Then to ensure the rocks around here at parks like Super Lift and BVORR in Gilmer don’t damage the important things underneath the Bud Built skids and DeMello sliders will be put to use. Driving to Southern California from Texas to install everything would be possible. That way the transformed 4 Runner could be tested right away in your own backyard. The best part of having a rig with all of these amazing products will be the smile on my son’s face building memories with his dad and teaching him about a passion of mine.
