Small exterior dome light???

Honeycomb composite sleeper platform.

I've been on the hunt for a small extrior dome light for use over the tail gate, under the tent. The light would be mainly used when cooking. It would need to be weatherproof and smaller size. After considering everything from LED strips to Rigid Lights, I'm starting to go cross eyed with the number of options out there. Anyone have a recomendation on something that would light up the area without being blinding? Bonus points if it could switch from white to red.
