Steering wheel shake 65-75

    Prerunnner, 2WD, double cab 115K. I've had the alignment and tires balanced multiple times. Swapped front tires to rear, still get the shake. My mechanic says he's seen bad struts cause this. Sometimes when I turn hard right into a driveway, I hear a groan from the front left suspension - probably the strut mount.

    Can a bad strut cause the shake?
