so I love the way my truck looks but I thought the rotor and caliper looked plain seeing it through the rims. I just upgraded the pads and rotors to slotted and drilled for my STI. I thought they looked sexy so I bought the same rotors for the truck and a kit to paint the calipers.

I got the Power Stop rotors from Rock Auto which are for a 2015. The paint kit is from Dupli-color and I got it at the local auto parts store. I picked up an extra brush from the hardware store and cut it down. This would allow me to cover more area.

I took the calipers off and rested it so I could paint it. The paint is really thick because it's self leveling. I learned that it was easier to paint the back half while it was off then reinstall it and paint the front side. The calipers are not smooth so it shows after painting. Up close the paint is ok but it looks good once the rims are back on. So do the slotted and drilled rotors. I have some TRD decals on order to put on the calipers. Here are some photos.

Good job with that. I did the same thing with the calipers on my Accord several years ago. Looked good. When the paint from the duplicate color kit comes off and I say that because eventually it will. Try this http://www.amazon.com/Temperature-L...d=1458963149&sr=8-1&keywords=g2+caliper+paint
I used this and it was fantastic stuff. Make sure to clean and prep the calipers really well. The paint/epoxy holds up really good. Longer than the duplicolor did for me.

And how do you like the brakes so far? I ordered a similar package from Amazon. Waiting for my brake lines to get here before I put it all on.
