Help: drivers front turn signal doesn't work and it's not the bulb. Engine harness?

    So my turn light has been non functional since I bought it. Tried replacing the bulb thinking this would be an easy fix, but no. It's not the bulb. That would be too easy. I went to a dealershit to see what the wiring would cost and there, a boy in a man-bun explained it might be the harness which of course costs four figures. OK. Fck you. Peace.
    What are my options here? There must be someone who has had the same issue. What should I do?
