    seriously though... Ray you outdid yourself, this thing is EXACTLY what I was envisioning. and considering you did all the cutting, bending, welding without my truck... the measurements are SPOT ON. the hoop height is PERFECT! you sir... are a BAD ASS

    Me too! lol Gonna grab paint tonight and some longer bolts (currently only the 4 corners are bolted down, but there's 4 more needed in the middle, just need longer bolts) and a rivet gun to fix my Awning. Shit's gonna look Bad ASS!

    Finally... But not without drama. All the "pre-drilled" holes on the new bases were wrong... And there were no holes drilled for the hinges...

    You know what. That height did work out pretty good to be able to still use your back window like you wanted. You don't full visibility but you can still see quite a bit.
