    Just some stuff...
I currently have Rancho quicklift shocks on the front of my truck. If I buy a set of Bilsteins I will still have to purchase springs. Can I use the springs currently on my Ranchos or would I just be better off buying new springs?

Buy the Bilsteins and OME or Eibach coils. Sell the Ranchos on here. Done
