I know this was kinda brought up back in December:

I can't seem to get a straight answer from ARB on this but I'd REALLY like to know if there are any differences from the old 8" versus the new 8", because I'd really like to get my truck locked up in the front. It kinda looks like what's in my FJ Cruiser, but can't seem to find much data yet. I'd really prefer to retrofit an OE electric locker into the front if that can be done. I did that to my '99 front when I did the SAS.

Does anyone know of a shop or peeps who've taken the time to research this subject from a mechanical/physical standpoint?

For the front, it's exactly the same as it was for 2005-2015, it's just a different ratio, ARB RD111 should work properly I believe.

For the rear, there are some other differences. For the AT (8"), you'd want the RD132, and for the MT (8.8"), you'd want the RD232.

The only thing I'd say about that is that I'm not 100% certain on the 8" being the RD132, but from the cross referencing I've done, I'm quite confident.
