Folks are razzing you because you've not provided enough information to answer the question.

What are your goals for the truck? How do you plan to use it? How much money have you got? How mechanically apt are you?

There is a difference between a lift and a suspension upgrade. Do you want an improved trail, street, or desert race suspension that lifts the truck or just budget cosmetic lift? But in general I'll go with Icon Stage 7.

Ah whoops, sorry guys for not being more specific. Really what I'm looking for is to see what other people are running and what they're using it for just to get a general idea of what is out there. For reference and specific suggestions I have a stock 2014 Access Cab TRD Offroad which I am hoping to use for mild to moderate offroading, but I would still want it to handle well on pavement. I am in Canada so most of my offroading would be on dirt. As for financials I am in university so most of my funds are going towards that, I am just looking at what is out there so I can have an idea of how to build my truck once I graduate.

Spend some time in the Suspension section...there's a ton of information there, more than you can possibly imagine. That'll probably answer your questions.
