Will 33x12.5x20s fit a 15 taco with 3 inch lift? And how much trimming will need to be done?

Try 285/75/16 or 255/85/16. They fit a lot better.

With a 3" lift, you'd have to remove mud flaps, slightly trim the fender flares, and if you wheel you'll need to consider a cab mount chop and the pinch weld mod.
