There's many threads on here about this. Many people go with ome or bilstein

I'll say what not to get.

    Body lift
    Coil spacers
    Rear blocks

Welcome to TW. What do you intend to use the truck for? Is it a daily driver? Do you plan on doing any off road trails?

With a 4 banger it will be especially important to keep the weight down for power. A 2" lift and going to 265/75/R16 or 265/70/R17s is a good balance for improved looks and ground clearance without running into tire rubbing complications or having to get expensive UCAs to correct the alignment. This can be accomplished a number of ways with various kits including Bilstein 5100s, larger bodied Bilstein 6112s, OME, or more expensive higher quality coilovers from quality brands like Icon. Really comes down to your budget and your intended use.

For comparison, here is a picture of my truck with a 2" front lift and 1.5" rear lift running 265/70R17s (1" larger than stock):

You could pick up some second hand TRD Off Road wheels for relatively inexpensive off of craigslist. They weigh 23lbs each, compared to the heavy steel wheels you have on there now that I believe are over 30lbs. If you do not off road much, or don't go into areas that risk sidewall puncture, I'd suggest sticking to a P-load tire (rating of the stock tire) to keep the tires as light as possible. Something possibly like the Toyo Open Country ATII P265/75R16.
