    I can bench 180% my body weight. Well, when I maxed 290 I weighed 160. Now I'm 170, haven't maxed again since Xmas. But still...that's 170%. I'm forever small :(

    It's about time. I was beginning to wonder if you even lift, bro.


    I tried to get up and go this morning before work. I feel so much better through the day. Put my phone across the room so that when the alarm went off, I had no choice but to get up.

    Then, I forgot to turn the alarm on .....

    Woke up when it went off for my usual time and threw on some shorts and realized it was daylight outside. Looked at the time and was severely disappointed. Tomorrow, I'm starting the day off right. In the gym before the sun comes up, then I only have to do cardio tomorrow evening.

    I found this cool site that charts out your main lifts by your weight, plus the weight you're lifting.

    The weight above and below mine (208) was 220 and 198, so I did mine off 198 b/c I'll be there in a few weeks, anyway (hopefully).

    Right now, I'm at a 315 bench (advanced), 365 squat (intermediate), and a 430 deadlift (intermediate) = 1110 lbs

    Goal: 360 bench (elite), 390 squat (advanced), and a 460 deadlift (advanced) = 1210 lbs
