I with you 33's is on my list too lol. I have seen someone put two spacers to get 4' lift but that's Hella sketchy. It may be possible to do it with a mid travel kit with shocks under some preload.

I feel you. If I'm gonna put that much money in I might as well get a 6 lug... I'm honestly super happy with the looks of it now. I will post a picture of the stickers in a minute.

Gone over the Top for a 5-lug..
An additional 1" body-lift may provide the clearance necessary.. but 33's are really on the edge for the 2nd gen 5-lug. Prepare to do a bank-robbery - you are going to need to do so for a regear, especially the MT.

The 31"s look good enough, IMHO.

I'm really digging the Red Letters on your truck. Makes me want some:(
Have you noticed how they wear at all yet? I've heard a few different things about how they wear.

Sweet little truck man! Awesome to see how many miles are on your truck and it's still going strong. Have you rebuilt anything in the engine yet?

Do you plan on getting anything done soon? It always seems like 200k+ is a danger zone on most trucks.

It was a fun little toy, I still have much love for the 5 lug since the day I drove it off the dealership lot. It will be 10 years in November! (Wow, time does fly!)

As for the lift, with out breaking the bank, Readylift has been a good option for my 5 lug. Short wheelbase and high clearance gave me better approach angles when offroading. This truck with the open diff made me a better driver when I took the beaten paths. The 33s was the last big purchase/mod I did to this truck. Since then, I drifted away from doing too much to the truck.

My only tip for future 5 luggers, go with a 16 inch wheel and you will have more options to shop around for tire. The key is too find a light tire. Our trucks cant tow much, so no need for a heavy tire with 10-ply walls. With that said, a lighter tire (and weight of our single cab 5 lugs) will be good to run with our spacer lifts. I had a friend run Icons on his truck with some Duratracs, rode good offroad. The suspension was able to float over some holes and you could not feel it. Once he stepped up to some MTRs with Kevlar, ride quality took a hit. When offroading, we were able to feel more of the bumps.

What tire and size were you thinking of running?

I was thinking of running what you have. 33x10.5 when my 31s run out. So I was kinda wonder in exatly how you have it. I just don't want to have to regear or lose too much power with those bigger tires. I appreciate the help

Nothing major. Just some fluid fill up and fixing one of the sensors
