So many here have the cold dash creak but mine is opposite. Cold dash is quiet as a church mouse. My passenger side dash starts creaking when warm. I can push down on the dash over around the passenger air bag when warm and replicate the noise. Tried stuffing foam between windshield and dash and nadda. What I need is to stuff foam up under the dash top and whatever is directly below, which I'm assuming is heat duct. How much access do you get when pulling glove box? Thanks

Well for anyone having the problem, I pulled the glove box and was pleasantly surprised to see that Toyota did make many attempts at quieting squeaks and rattles in my 2015. Foam all around heat ducts, the wire harnesses were all foam covered and tie wrapped etc. Seems my creaking rattle is a clip that goes into a slot and holds the dash top down. I could get my hand up there and hold the clip and it went away. The clip had some type of wrap on it but it had pushed forward likely during assembly. Also noticed that the heat ducts made some noise where they joined together. I took some 3-M double sided tape and went up and pushed it in and wrapped it around the clip. Then pushed down on dash and now all quiet. At that point I pulled the 5/8 foam backer rod out that I jammed between the windshield and dash as a first attempt at fixing it. Still quiet. So tomorrow at work, just as an added precaution, I'm going to place some of that thick 2" electronic packing foam up in and tight under dash and around the heat ducts so they don't move around. I think this has it. I drove the truck up and down this gravel road with the heat on full. No noise. Perfect...

:D I'm thrilled with my truck now that I got rid of that creaky dash rattle. Can run it down my 6 miles of rough gravel road to my house and not so much as a peep out of it now. Now it sounds like a new truck

Just so I understand a bit better... Did you make this fix from behind the glove box or did you take the head unit out. I attempted to fix from behind the head unit with no success. Thanks in advance!
