New member here popping in to introduce myself. Just picked up a 2011 Tacoma TRD Sport and could not be more stoked!

I'm Montana born-and-raised (Helena). Lived in the Seattle area for almost 20 years, and am now happily back in Big Sky Country (Whitefish). A few years ago, when my wife and I still lived in Washington, we had our beloved '87 Toyota 4x4 pickup stolen and never recovered. Since then, it's been a dream to put a new adventure rig in the barn.

I was raised around hot rods and customs, and have had a few of my own ('64 Impala, '59 Nomad, '59 Bel Air, '67 Cadillac, '68 Bel Air wagon, '67 Fury wagon). But the mountains have always called, and I can't wait to get building on an overland-capable Taco.

Look forward to hanging out here and learning! Along the way, I'll try to contribute what I know and have learned as well.

    'Till then!
    -mike

    Awesomeness!

Lots of great overland / camping builds around this forum. Based on your fleet contents, I'll guess your focus on the truck will be function over form, which will be great!
