Stock 4x4 front suspension life?

    Anyone know what the general life expectancy is on the stock front suspension parts? I'm talking about the:

    Ball joints
    Tie rod ends
    Sway bar links

    I noticed that these come from the factory as sealed units so they can't be greased via zerks. I guess I'm used to servicing these like on my last truck so i didn't really worry about the ball joints wearing out.

    I am probably 90% highway/city driving.

    Well driver habits/types of terrain/miles traveled are just a few variables & perma-sealed parts are supposed to be "forever" but...seldom do
