TRD supercharger , Doug Thorley header , K&N CAI 265/75-16 Toyo open country mud terrain , 15x8 Method Racing wheels , Rancho 3" lift , 4.88 gears , Detroit Locker

Any of you running a K&N CAI set up , are you using the K&N filter sock also ???

Original owner installed this set up to get colder air in the supercharger but also used the filter sock . I know this filter sock protects the filter but does it Impede air flow ??? . I installed the new filter w/o the filter sock and right away noticed better throttle response
