Here and there

hey guys, as i was changing my oil, i started to check why my tire was rubbing,I noticed it's sitting lower about a inch or so. On the driver side.... I installed the spacers my self and took truck to get realigned Everything was good up until 2 weeks ago when it started rubbing.... Any ideas on how to fix it my self ??? Please let me know
