Leaf spring help

I have a 3 in lift on my 98 tacoma and i am in need of some new leaf springs so i was wondering do i have to buy a set of springs with a 3 in lift because of my lift or just springs with no lift

 

Well if you have a block or shackle lift and you want to have a proper setup, then get 3" lift leaf springs. That being said, most are advertised as "1.5 inch" lift springs in order to level the truck.

 

Just what kind of springs do you have now ??

Is your lift from the springs ??

Blocks Shackles ??

To keep things the same buy the same springs you have now.

Do you know what style of lift you have ??

 

Need to know what kind of lift you currently have in order to tell you what rear springs you need. As others have mentioned, if you had stock leafs in the back and were just using blocks and/or shackles to get the lift, you wouldn't need to buy lift springs (unless you want to get rid of the blocks and/or lift shackles and run an actual lift spring).

What setup are you running in the front? Is the 3" the front lift height or the rear?
