    That looks sick! Just needs some blacked out retrofits and you're golden!

    @zscott I ordered two additional tie down eye nuts with my order and only receieved four with my rack. I know you're busy, but what's the best way to get the other two sent out?

    I used the brackets it came with and mounted it to the first crossbar and not the wind fairing. The screws on the light absolutely suck ass. It was a pain trying to get them threaded into the light w the lock washer. I'll take a pick of how I mounted in a bit and I'll get an output pic later tonight. And thanks!!

    Did you go with the 3w version or 5w? Flood, spot or combo? I'm looking at the 40" combo bar right now and looking for reviews... How do you like it so far and how is the light output?

    Oh it's on;

    Holes are under there;
    [IMG]

    Marked the holes under the trim with the masking tape trick;

    A friend with a shop made me a 3/4" punch - it worked very well.
    [IMG]

    My only issue was a few of the screw holes weren't threaded very well, 6 went in perfectly, the others went in half an inch or so before they stopped solid. Rather than bust them off I marked them off and shortened the bolts up with the grinder. Threaded them back in and tightened them up just right.

    Haven't heard about mine either. Think I'm the only member that ordered a 3/4 4Runner rack on this GB. Fingers crossed it will get to me by a few days before Memorial Day. I wanna use it that weekend!

    Take heart. You are probably close. Mine is in transit and I am number 100 on list (1 behind you) and I was probably the only one who ordered the FJ RoofRack.

    I scoured the thread but couldn't find the info. What size carriage bolts fit the slots in the cross bars?

    Quick update for everyone. I am finally going to pick up lightbars tomorrow and will be shipping those racks out along with the other remaining ones this week. I am sorry for the delays, this went a little longer than I had hoped but by the end of the week I should have everyone taken care of.

    Dynatrac ProRock 60 Rear Axle, that is important enough.
    Sounds awesome! I built the rack this weekend in the living room, but did not get a chance to install it yet. So may just wait to get the 30" lightbar and the 30" cutout before I finish the install then!

    20160404_135356.jpg For anyone installing and want to reuse the rubber strip, I made this "hole punch" myself out of a piece of 3/4 Id pipe and it worked great to punch the holes.

    Didn't cost anything I had it at home plus took it to the grinder to sharpen then I used a finish stone like you sharpen a knife with to finish the edge.
    About 1/2 hrs of time and I didn't have to buy a bunch of punches I would never use.
    The other end had a hole drilled in the cap, so once I hit the cap with a hammer I could push out the cut piece of rubber.

    3/4 inner diamater? What's the outer diameter? What kind of pipe is it?

    It tapers from 3/4 to whatever the bevel is, not really sure.
    But it cuts so close to 3/4 it's near perfect.
    This is the kind of pipe they use to run natural gas, only a few bucks if you need to buy.

    The Pipe punch I used above worked as well, I used a dremel to cut off the bottom parts of the seal and get the metal out, then punched through the rest. Mine was 3/4 right on, as in the I had to stretch it to fit the spacers through. It rained over night and every thing is dry.
