    Hell I got more respect for the volunteer guys then I do my fellow paid brethren. I began as a volunteer in the small rural community I grew up in. I bet you don't have a sack on you enough to tell your local volunteer fire department "they know everything" Do you spend your time away from your family helping someone you don't know, risking your life for free?
