Speedometer wasn't working, so unscrewed cable attachment at the transmission. Cable completely slid out, having worn through somewhere near the firewall. Pull out instrument panel to get to cable from the Speedo side. Found that that Speedo end (the square side) won't come out - I tried tugging with pliers, unscrewing, etc. - but it won't budge. Any ideas on how to get the cable out from the Speedo side?
