    Damn women rubbing their Taco against another Taco. I believe the term is scissoring. But can you blame them, Tacos are sexy and delicious. You decide on which one I am talking about whether it be lady bits, food or truck.

    I would try to polish that out before you replace and repainted. From what I can see there is a small nail head size scuff that is through the paint but for the most part it looks like it's just paint from your garage that's on your bumper.
