Have 2016 TRD OR with toytec boss 2.0 kit. Installed Total Chaos uca's and the alignment tech said there was no way to get caster in to spec. They were able to get camber and toe to spec but caster is at 3.7 left and 3.4 right. Anyone else had this issue?

If they can't get it down lower I'd contact TC Fab. Or try a different shop.

Did you do all the install yourself?

I have same setup as you and just got alignment after lift install. My caster is like 3.6 and 3.9. Is the goal to be at around 2.5 caster?

They're is no true ideal Caster depends on us driving style if u do lots of highway driving u ideally want higher caster more in town driving u want it lower but u always want ur caster higher by .3 to .5 on the right side to make up for the crown of the road
