    Hello all,

    Recently I had a set of 275/70 R17 BFG KO2's installed on my '16 TRDOR Double Cab (w/ stock suspension)...while at the dealer yesterday for my 10k service...I asked them to perform an alignment on the truck...while looking through my paperwork today I noticed on the alignment sheet they adjusted to a '16 SR5 with 265/65 R17's...can anyone more familiar with this chime in and tell me if it looks as though the alignment was correctly performed or does it need redone to my truck's current specs? I would have to imagine tire size is gonna affect where your adjustment needs to be...thanks in advance and sorry if there's other threads out there in regards to this topic!

    Interesting..... Why did you ask for an alignment?? I have 265/70/17s, didn't really notice any problems with the alignment or wear.

    was it out of alignment? Why did you ask for an alignment if you just changed tires, surely its not already out being a 2016 that looks extremely new?

    It doesn't look like they really had to adjust anything...and got the alignment out of habit...10k miles and anytime I've put new tires on a vehicle is when I've done an alignment

    You might if so a set of Bilstein 5100's set at .85 will solve it. Just something to keep in mind.

    Yeah that's the plan...seems to be the cheapest/best solution without investing in a full on lift

    Assuming your truck was within spec before the wheels/tires;

    With more offset and wider tires, positive scrub was increased.
    Your toe was negative.
    They set it back positive.

    You could set your castor more positive.
    When you increase the contact patch longitudinally and laterally, it's relationship with SAI is affected.
    Same thing when you lift...
