Hard to see in pic, but there's a 4 inch slight crease in my driver rear side panel, about 8 inches forward from gas flap, where some fatass image.jpg

opened their door slowly into my truck. In the pic you can see their white paint but not the crease. The crease is totally visible at the right angle with the right sunlight, which I didn't have when taking the pic. It's not a sharp crease, but a semi-sharp 4 inch crease. Clear coat was not broken.

If the fatass is in the hospital as a result of the beating that you gave him then it's all square. If no beating was given then report it to your insurance and have said fatass pay your deductible or pay for the repair.
What I don't want to hear is that said fat ass waddled away with no repercussions for his actions.

Its probable a good candidate for Paintless Dent Removal but I have no idea on the cost.

I've had a couple of Paintless Dent Repairs (PDR) from a little dimple to a medium sized dent with a crease. I suspect you'll be able to get it out 100% if the crease wasn't sharp and the clear-coat is still in tact.

The PDR guy I work with in So Cal would probably charge $150. However, what I do is wait till I have several to do across the couple of vehicles I own. If I called him out for just one little dimple, it'd be $75. If I called him out to do other work, the dimple would probably be reduced to around $25. Hard to really say...but when looking for a PDR guy in your area...go by reviews, not cost.
