I'm going to be replacing my front struts/springs and rear shocks with 'newer' take off's and was wondering what would you go with and why?

I have a 2008 Tacoma Double Cab with the sport package.

Thread that I found in regards to suspension discussion.
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/sport-vs-off-road-suspension.47085/page-2

I got a set of 'takeoffs' that came off a 2014 Double Cab Off road truck and a set of 'sport' springs/struts that came off a 2011 sport double cab truck. Both sets were taken off with under 1000 miles on them.

Here is a pic of the front struts. (sports are on the left and off road are on the right)

I'm thinking I'll put the 'offroad' on my truck while the sport setup will be heading on a friends truck when they get a new frame.

    Fucking look it up
Depends on what you plan on doing but I believe the off roads are stiffer

Truck is 85% on the road the other 10% being gravel roads and 5% trails. It does tow a boat every now and then but that shouldn't impact the front end to much. Just wondering how stiffer the OFFRoad front spring/strut assembly will be compared to the sport.

    Sport springs are linear
    Offroad springs are progressive
At normal ride height the springs are almost the same, once you get offroad is where you'll notice the difference, the offroad springs will "stiffen up" kwiker when you start flexing the susp.
Notice the offroad springs have more coils.
