08 head unit dying

I don't have an amp. I need one? I thought this DUAL 4120 was 240 watts (60x4)and would be good to go.

 

Oh nvm i thought you were installing a subwoofer, yea radio wiring harness is easy, just crimp all the matching colors. And to retain fm radio antenna you need a 7 dollar adapter, the wiring harness is like 11 bucks and a new radio trim kit is varying on which brand and where you buy but less than 30

Yeah I just need something that works. The volume control won't go up or down on my stock radio.
