Posted up a Monday Morning Mod on the Facebook page. There was some interest in how it was done. I saw this somewhere, but I searched and couldn't find the post on here so here's what I did.

Warning: This is a $60+ cellphone holder.

First you will need the following:
    http://amzn.com/B009SX0J88
    http://amzn.com/B0088LL7UA
    http://amzn.com/B002KO5XVU
    http://amzn.com/B005J43I56
    1 - m6-1.0 x 65mm bolt
    1 - m6-1.0 nut
    1 - m6 x .5" bushing
I added some washers because my local home depot didn't have bolts with all thread
    or
http://amzn.com/B00GGKXDFW - but its twice as expensive and you still need the bushing.

Set up the RAM ball like so. You need the bushing to allow for the RAM mount swivel to actually pivot. The RAM ball is too small and will sit inside the cavity in the grab handle.

I used a flat head screwdriver inside the RAM ball to hold the screw while I tighted the nut since my socket didn't fit inside the RAM ball.

Remove the forward most (bottom) screw from the driver side grab handle.
I then used a RAM extension to grip the ball assembly and screw it into the grab handle.

Set up the cradle and BAM! you are done! I'm still waiting on the swivel adapter for mine, but its temporarily mounted. I'm going to be removing the whole thing including the trim piece so I can run a USB cable to that location for power straight to AC. Alternatively, you could run a USB cable below to your trucks USB location for iphone/android control.
