Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
    Big 5 has them

You got a busy month. I had a few recruiters hit me up last month. It is probably bad I said no so I'd still have time to work on my truck instead of trying to adjust to a new job that wants to make me their slave. I'm stripping my truck this month of the interior and making parts like cage mounts that can be made ahead of time. I'm saving my dash for last so I can at least drive around and do camping trips. Jason does great work. I do all my own work, but I've learned a good chunk of stuff from him. Cool crazy dude.

Heck yea, man. You're rig is looking killer. Stoked for you fabbing up your cage. Much respect. When I had Jason weld on my sliders we got to talking and his knowledge and experience is vast. Definitely the kind of guy I'd like to learn from. And he's got a corvette engine in a first gen taco. How bloody sexy is that? haha

And he keeps talking about boosting it too. He was like the first guy to garage fab up a 400+hp turbo for a street driven Tacoma before he went LS1. The cage is going to be a challenge for sure, but I much of looked at a million build threads and talked to at least 10 different guys who made their own cages.

I don't want to slow down.

His screen name suits him perfectly: Speed Freek. Like you said, "crazy cool dude." That's a fact. Real chill. Answers questions to everything he's asked thoroughly and totally cool with letting you be right up under your rig with him learning and asking questions on questions. Patient as they come.

No worries bud I'll get it handled for you, just lemme know when you are ready and I will get it all knocked out for ya!

Thanks for the kind words buddy! Im going to do a cage in my Tacoma too since I want it to be safe once its got over 600hp, shit gets real pretty quick when you have the horsies!! But I need to try and make it super low profile, I night even cut the top of the cab off to make it as tight as possible, looking for a super low profile so it cant be seen, dont wanna kill the sleeper theme!

Its a heck of a good time, thats for sure.
Put in a 2001 LS1 motor with better ported heads, Ti valves for 7000k RPM, and s cam for now, about 400hp or so backed by a T56 6-speed manual trans. Oh and it performs alright, lol.

28 psi on a 2RZ makes miracles, haha!
Good luck with the cage, I am sure you can do it no problem, what kind of bender are you using? And are you using 1.75 DOM or what kind of tubing? Just use an old wire hanger or a TIG welding rod to use as a template to make your bends, but Im sure you already had some idea of how you are going to do it after all the research.
And a cheap notcher will make your life much easier as well if you dont have one already,

Wont likely be street legal, but if the 4wd actually works would be a fun playmobile!
