What if i made marks on my adjustment cams so that everything will be at the right place. Does it need a professional alignment also?

Anything you do to alter the suspension, you will need to get an alignment afterwards.

^ Yeap. An alignment is cheaper than new tires

Possible new UCA's as well, because after you lift 3 inches you do not want Toyota specs for an alignment. 2.5 Caster or above is ideal

They are already cutting you some slack ... this can be a tough crowd for some reason.

Truck looks good - did you get new UCA's?

Now you need new wheels and proper tires. Those stock tires are scary in the rain, oh and some rock sliders!

Good luck with your new truck.

Lift looks good. You should notice that the top of your tires lean significantly outward over the bottom; this is called positive camber. You'll need new UCA's to get good alignment specs. They are not absolutely necessary, but you won't be able to get very good specs without them. This means that your tires will wear unevenly and at a much faster rate.

I would suggest looking into some N-Fab or predator side steps.

I just bought a whole set of used tires yesterday and they are used, the size of the tires is 33x12.5r17 and i want to use my stock rims for them, do you think it will rub on my UCA's, and should i get some wheel spacers just to clear the UCA?

I'd get the alignment. Much cheaper than paying for the issues
that an improper alignment will cause.

Those won't fit on your wheels. You can't use a 12.5 inch tire on a 7 inch wide wheel
