Not having power windows is fine in this florida heat. I thought I could deal with not having power locks, I was wrong. EVERYBODY that sits in my truck forgets to lock it. Gets old real fast. I found a kit and a work around for having cable instead of rod locks. My question is what do I attach to for power so I don't blow fuses or worse drain battery life. I'm not the best with wiring but I refuse to pay someone an absorbent amount of money to install it. Do I go under the dash or under the hood? I do see a slot for power door locks under the dash. Also will I need to buy a relay if so what kind. 2014 base model tacoma regular cab. Thanks in advance!
