I'm sure you recognize your work, and your last four numbers of your cell are 1987. Then it's not possible you did not see i tried to contact you numerous times regarding those matters. The reason i posted i just wanted others spend their money and not be happy with products and services they will receive.

I am utterly speechless at the product you received Zach. I've been saving some money and waiting for my tax return to splurge on myself. I have a new to me 2014 Tacoma and if I dropped $2k on a brand new set of lights, I expect them to be Brand New! Then they both started leaking? That's the BEST of the BEST? I am in shock that a person who works/represents the TRS name could pull such a D-Bag move. I mean, that's a lot of money for anyone to spend. Then to receive the cold shoulder afterwards and not contact the person back in regards . . . Just plain sad.

I hope you get some kind of money back or get your lights fixed. I am sort of worried now of who I should pick in doing my Retros. I have some time to search around but I know for sure who I am not choosing now. I for one don't want to wait around for a set of lights that's promised to me in 4 weeks to turn into 10 weeks.

Is this work through The Retrofit Source? Can you contact the owner in regards to this matter to get it resolved? I mean, I see the brand name and to me, I'd distant myself from it now after hearing this. Actually, seeing this. I understand people make mistakes but its how you handle the matter that shows what kind of person you truly are.

Good Luck Zach. . . It could've been worse I suppose, you could've received nothing or a box of poo.

Just wanted to give someone a head-up, don't want anyone spends that kind of money, and what you receive is just a crappy work, poor customer service. I DONOT recommend anyone to use him for your retrofit, then you might ended up like me.
I dealt with him directly, although he worked for TRS, but TRS does not have anything to do with this problem.

I guess I just cant wrap my head around spending $2000 for brighter headlights. The lights I got from the factory show me everything I need to see, plenty good enough. To each his own I guess but I can think of a lot more things to spend 2k on, with more bang for the buck.

Just bought it last week, just tinted the windows and added the paint protection for hood and front bumper. Installed weather tech digital floormats, the rearview mirror extender (from this site), an Optima battery with custom tray, TRD oil cap, rad cap, TRD supercharger!!! Ya!!! Just this week $3710.00 plus $690.00 installed in El Paso, TX at Hoy Fox Lexus Dealership, TRD exhaust, Airaid cold air intake waiting in box in garage, Amsoil Dual Filter remote with 42 Design Oil catch can still to install. Need advice on URD Y-Pipe???? Have URD Welbro fuel pump to install also but want help. Have to sell the mid-mount light bar from (Pelly off this site) never opened it, still in box, but decided to go a different route $100.00 takes it plus shipping in USA.
I am or was about two weeks from pulling the trigger on a set with two upgrades with a total over $2300.00.
I will wait and see the outcome of this issue.

Fortunately for this random post bump, I no longer do retrofits after trying repeatedly to resolve issues for this individual yet posts like this recurring.

Im confused. Do you still do retrofits? Or just sell kits? None of the above?
