    Have 09 trd sport w/ 114k.
Recommend a timing belt/chain replacement? Should they be replaced? If so, do the water pump? How long should they last?

Overall, not having any issues, just forcasting maintenance.
    Thanks

Is it safe to say all that crap on the front of the engine with the freaking belt around it should last 100,000 miles +?

Why not? 140k and only thing I've changed is serpentine belt, at 135k.

Replaced my belt Sunday. It was so easy that I can't believe it took me a year to do it!

My belt still looked good. Had only fine cracks on the outside. However, for $30 its a cheap item to maintain given its vital role.

Exactly... Im having the one mechanic I trust do the belt, do a thorough check over the entire truck, and maybe put some new diff oil in.

Belt is a relatively easy DIY. You just need a printout of the hose routing diagram and a few tools. I changed mine when I flushed the old coolant out and installed new hoses. With the hoses removed, you get a bit more room to work in. I think I'm beginning to hear one of the idler pulleys squeal a bit. Will change them all out in a few months when I replace alt with a HO alt.
