Some questions about OME Suspension

With the epic OME group buy going on right now, I am considering pulling the trigger on a suspension upgrade sooner than I had intended (I was originally planning on staying stock until 100K miles or so, but if the price is right...).

I would like to stay close to my factory ride height, and I don't plan on bigger tires, but I would like a higher quality suspension if the performance upgrade is worth the money spent. I am also planning ahead as I am trying to play my cards to get relocated to Colorado next summer, in which case many of my weekends will be spent on backroads and in national forests.

- If I plan to get an ARB bull bar, but not this year, should I go ahead and get the Heavy kit or run the Light kit and then upgrade the coils when I get the bumper?

- For DD mixed highway and city driving, is a suspension upgrade a worthwhile use of funds? I understand that for wheeling the Tacoma stock suspension leaves much to be desired, but if I'm being honest with myself I will see off-road maybe 2% of my overall driving.

- What should I consider that I haven't yet?
