    Why would you want to?

    DON'T DO IT!!
    :goingcrazy:

Edit- In response to your original question:

It is possible, theoretically. But you'd have to buy the sensors and have them installed in the wheels, then programmed to the receiver that you'd also have to buy. You'd have to buy the receiver wiring, since in 2005 they didn't have the TPMS system at all, so your truck won't have that either. Then you'll have to get a dashboard from a newer truck that has the sensor light slot, and the associated wiring. Then you'd have to go through the headache of installing it all.
All so you can have the headache of maintaining the TPMS system and replacing the sensors every few years when the batteries die.

Long story short, yes it's possible but it's not practical, and why would you want to for the extra headache of the system? If I could have gotten my Tacoma without it, I would have. I much prefer just checking my tire pressures manually. :notsure:
