well I've been trying to figure out this shudder vibration issue after installing my eibach/Bilstein lift. finally just bit the bullet and ordered street tacos bearing carrier drop . hope this can solve my problems I've been experiencing. Anybody else running one of these or had good luck with that solving 40 to 60 mile per hour intermitten vibration and shuddering?I will also add that I've checked carrier bearing seems good. Greased all u joints and check them over. Checked slip yoke for proper movement. Everything seems fine. Vehicle had no vibrations no shuttering before I lift was installed. also had an alignment done in wheels and tires have been balanced and rechecked for balancing.

from what I have read it will solve your vibrations but if not completely then you may need to install a shim on the rear axle to tilt the angle to correct alignment

I would still just go ahead and take measurements to realign your drive train angles since you lifted it, from what I have read about lifts, its rare not to need a shim

I've been having the same issue. I ordered the bushing kit from ECGS for the drivers side needle bearing in the front differential. I hope it works, because a CB drop didn't help me. I have a vibration that starts at about 55 and just increases with speed. It also seems to have a small shudder when coming to a stop at around 25 and below. I swear it's coming from up front, so we'll see if its a fix.

The CB Drop helped me after all, though not entirely. Still have a little bit of a vibration at highway speeds, but it is very minimal. Slightly worn tires are making more noise and vibrations than the driveline itself. I think the next project will be shims for the rear axle to cure it once and for all.
