Just want to verify that I'll be able to run 16" rims on my TRD Sport. Thinking of ATX Predators (16x8, 4.5" backspace, 0mm offset) with a set of 285/75-16 mud terrain tires. 16" tires are quite a bit cheaper and there are some tires that don't come in a 17" in the mud tread. I read in one of the posts that came up in my search that I may have clearance probs with the calipers with a 16" rim but I've read elsewhere that the calipers on the TRD SPort and the same as the TRD Off Road. Also, anyone running these wheels??? Pics??? Thanks!

Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
it all depends on the specific rim itself. i'm running 16" wheels from wheelersoffroad and the back of the rim is like 1/16-1/8" from touching the caliper.
