I have to side with Toyota and their representatives on this..... If you're getting pelted by debris while the window is down, the most logical course of action is to close the window(s) to prevent personal injury.

Several factors of your personal driving habits come to mind..... You're constantly fish-tailing and drifting to the right, OR you may not be seated in the center of your seat.

If your left eye is constantly watering after you've driven a short distance, make a conscience effort to keep your head in the centerline of your steering wheel.

Issue #1 solution tundra brake upgrade.
Issue#2 solution take it to a real alignment shop.
Issue#3 solution check fluid level and do a couple of burnouts :burnrubber:
Issue#4 solution keep head inside of truck when window is open.
I always feel good after burnouts.
    Glad I could help.

It's my understanding that the tundra brake upgrade is for pre 2012 models, he has a 2015.

WOW!!! you guys are great. not too helpfull yet but funny!
a second dealer was involved and i got the same answers.
the alignment was checked by the dealers and by a good shop that was willing to work with me to figure it out. all within spec. (dead nuts actually)
the brakes would unpredicably go to the floor before stopping, they tightend the rear and made little difference other than rears are noisey now.
why disco the AC you may ask??? well....i was sitting at a drive through and the truck started to roll , i did not have a lot of pressure on the pedal but was already stopped! i noticed at that time that the engine sound changed (i had my window open lol). dealers could not reproduce it so i pulled the fuse for AC clutch. BINGO...brakes are fine but dealers dont want to hear it!
like i said. the truck is now out of warrentee and the dealers are useless.

PS. i have owned lifted jeeps,i know what a horrible driving machine is like ! lol

Being your first post on your first day at TW, I wasn't sure if you were trolling or not in the OP.

IMO, the Tacoma (& my current T4R) are really not great at holding a straight line even with perfect alignment. A lot of things affect them including tires that may be 10.5 wide, wind, roads built to drain water ect.

The brakes, when the A/C kicks on (button not always illuminated) the engine does adjust for the extra load. If the brakes aren't applied firmly, the will move in whatever direction you have selected.

Aero issues, try getting some vent/visors? My F250 with would channel everything right to my face...bees at lower speeds were the real PIA.

I own both. Fix it, beat it, roll it, buy another one. There just toys.

Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.
#1 sounds like a vacuum leak?
#2 is alignment. Isn't it like a "road force" alignment or something like that for large tires??
#3 Take it out of over drive. Still seeking?

This reminds me of someone I knew that was too small to play football so he wrestled instead. He's not too shabby.

ok... so i came off a little hard .. but i do like this group !
I have done some good things to my truck.
    better horn system
full time acc outlet in dash
air bag helper suspention for rear springs
    lights inside the cap
    flashlight mount

so dont think i,m just negative, i just need some help and input from other tacoma owners. (a great resource of ideas and info).
i will post up the rear air bag stuff soon because it was the best/easiest/cheap? mod i,ve done to any truck with great return

I work a lot and dont have a ton of time for extra stuff. i sold my jeep because of this :(
