    @tacopaulo bout to be tweakin...just got a snapchat of him downing a whole scoop of Mr. Hyde........now we wait

    They don't have to be straight out...you can bend them slightly like in the pics. Just lock them so your upper and lower arm moves as one from the shoulder, not the elbow.

    I used to do that when I worked out in the morning, but it's just hard to drink a cup of coffee at like 4:30 in the afternoon. Also, I think the whole kidney damage claims come from excess creatine, not PWO's.

    I ate later than usual around 830. Maybe ineed to go with a little bit of an empty stomach next time. I don't feel the beta alanine or anything. I feel a little bit of an energy boost but nothing crazy. The pump is pretty nice.

    I've been pumping iron for 21 years straight and of course tried some pwo's and creatine yada yada... All that stuff is crap imop. The love and desire keep me excited to step into the gym 4 nights a week.. My opinion but save your money!! Protein, beer, and getting yourself in the zone to be an animal to lift what you want to lift will get you there! Bigger than any snake oil is knowing nothing happens over night. Consistency!!! Go natural if you need the kick: yerba mate, black tea, coffee, prop 215....Go Big:sadviolin:

    I really want to see a placebo test done for pre-workout. I used it for a while, became dependent, and then backed off. I have stuck to tea lately, mainly because I don't want to spend money on pre and I have cupboard full of it(I have a problem), but I do notice a slight decrease in my workouts. It's became the norm now, and that's fine, but I do have much better workouts when taking pre-workout.

    I just go to the gym to workout now. I have no desire to be swole as fuck and I believe understanding that is what helped me back off the supplements. I just like working out and therefor I don't need to have optimal conditions to enjoy it.
