'01 Tacoma 4wd v6 SR5 with frame rust issues

for sale is my 2001 Tacoma, which I discovered has significant frame rot in the rear wheel areas. Toyota had inspected and undercoated this frame prior to my purchase of the used vehicle in 2010, so I was not aware of any recall issues until I attempted to trade it in recently- unfortunately, it needs a new frame and Toyota is unwilling to cover the replacement as I missed the warranty cutoff for this truck by 3 weeks! I see that replacement sections (around rear springs) can be purchased for about $250 to replace the damaged area, so that is a viable option... It is a beautiful truck and has been a solid runner for me, so hoping someone might be interested in a great deal on this vehicle if they can repair the damage. Body is great other than some rust on rear bumper and tailgate. New tires recently. V6 auto with extended cab SR5 package. 180k miles. Contact me for more details. Located in MN.

KBB value is $6500. It looks like I could have frame repaired for $500-$1000. But I don't really wish to deal with it, so make me a reasonable offer and it's yours!
