I have a 2009 Taco Pre-Runner and I'm looking to smooth out my ride some so when I hit some transitions like bridges, the truck bounces up and makes for a bouncing ride so to smooth that out would be really nice. I additionally would like to lower the truck a few inches (4" maybe) at the flip of a button so my wife can get into the truck a bit easier, she is less able to enter the truck due to some surgery she had, not fun for her and I really want to drive my truck, not her POS car. So if I could flip a switch and lower the truck so she can enter it, then raise the truck again and head on down the road. I have no intentions of driving the truck with it in the lowered position.

It would be best if the kit were something that would bolt on (no welding or serious body mods) since I'm a weekend mechanic with limited tools.

So any advice would be appreciated as to what type of system, if any, might address my ride questions.

    Cheers,
    Joe
