Do you have the access cab? I think the wind noise is an inherent characteristic of the access cab. In the last year, I've had a 2015 AC, a 2016 SR AC, and a 2016 SR5 AC. all three had the wind noise in a cross wind. I have wind noise even sitting still in a parking lot, so it isn't coming from under the truck. The wind noise is up high at the top of the access doors.

I've had the dealership look at the wind problem on the SR. They adjusted the rear access door, but the wind noise is still there. Traded the SR for the SR5. SR5 also has the wind noise. Just need to get used to the wind noise in the Tacoma access cab. only noticeable on very windy days.

I have the same issue, I am just waiting a bit more to see if more are reported. I already had the drivers side access cab door seal replaced, still there when we get that awesome cross wind. As well at a 120 km per hr with a head wind I can get it as well which is a bit more annoying since it gets constant vs one or 2 cross wind hits.

I've had this for a while. I took a video of it a few weeks ago to show the dealer knowing they would not be able to replicate it. Showed the tech the video. He thought it may be the mirror trim (on the door) and almost replicated it with an air hose but it was not the same kazoo sound.
They ordered a new door seal and will install when it gets in.
I kind of doubt this will fix it but who knows.

You can't turn the radio up for this noise when it hits. Super high pitched.

Mine is pretty much like the one in this video:

I have a video of my own but it's more pronounced in this one. I'll be taking this video with my at my 10K to get them to try and fix it or at least document it with the rest of my issues. Might have to get some tubing in the meantime. Even my exhaust and radio don't drown it out.

    I had

I had this same issue on my 2012 and on my 2005. It seems to be the door catching air and pulling away from the weather stripping. If you look at your door while this is happening depending on driver side or passenger side you should see what I'm talking about.

I don't have any whistling noise like in the video. I just have the annoying wind noise. I had a 2007 base that was solid without any noise. In Alabama once the temp builds, there is little to no wind. I hope there is a fix, but doubt there will be one for annoying wind noise.

That's a fantastic video. I am showing that to my dealership when I go in. That's exactly what I have. It's not as extreme but dead on what I get.

I get the fix that's posted but ultimately I would prefer a factory fix vs add some tube to make the seal thicker.
