I'm in the market to buy my first taco 00-04 reg cab 2wd, but I'm trying to find the best deal on a camper shell for it, before I buy one so I can squeeze it all in my budget.

I do traveling maintenance work for medical buildings and need a shell to keep tools secured and dry. But I'm on a budget as well. I'd like to get a color matched she'll for ~$1000 but not sure if that is even reasonable.

Seems like leer, century, ATC, and ARE are the most common brands.

    Thanks,
    Joshua

You can definitely find a good shell for that price, esp if you keep your eyes peeled for a used one...they typically go for much less than new
