    Covered in stickers and chrome stick-ons for extra horse torques and foot powers. Icon sticker gets me tons of travel, dozens of milimeters.

    Unfortunately my nieces and nephews all have 4 legs... my sister has been reluctant to giving me a little terror to download crazy into.

    The two obvious issues I can think of would be the diameter of the motor casing and more importantly, the diameter of the output shaft on the motor. There's no escaping the fact that you'll need to run the new motor through the original gearbox. Just hope the pinion gears match up.
