I was stationed at El Toro from 80-84, MAG-11, VMFA-323. F-4Ns power plants and related systems. We converted to F/A-18A models some time in 82 I think. I grew up in Mission Viejo about 8 miles away from the base. My Dad was stationed there in 45-46 after his tour at Guadalcanal in WWII.
    Semper Fi brother!
